This is armor

pursuing a sound mind together

who we are

Armor exists to create a space for people to be open about their mental health struggles and to meet the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of a sound mind.

Armor Nights are gatherings that are designed to meet those needs. These gatherings feature a boxing-oriented workout, catered meal, supportive community and a guest speaker or group activity to open up a deeper discussion around mental health. Please check our Armor Nights page to see what others have said about it!

Our events are open to the community at no cost and there is nothing required for you to attend! All you need to do is sign up and show up, we’ll handle the rest! Follow our Instagram for live updates.

*For Summer 2024, we are launching Armor Gatherings which are social outings meant to be a place of connection within our community. Register below!

Mental Health Resources

Studies indicate that people use medical services 90 percent less frequently after receiving appropriate mental health care. Mental health services also reduce the risk of chronic diseases related to stress, anxiety and substance abuse.
Most importantly, mental health services save lives, while improving the outlook for people who may feel hopeless and lost.

Supportive Community

Jesus

We believe that Jesus seeks a relationship with every person. Through that relationship, we have experienced real healing. We believe He can bring healing to the deepest and darkest places that no person or resource can. Additionally, Research hypothesizes that people with a strong sense of faith will have higher optimism, external control, and self-esteem.

"For you have not been given a spirit of fear or timidity; but of power, love and a sound mind."  2 Timothy 1:7
